The Finance Systems Manager provides analytical and operational support to strengthen the bank's data-driven decision-making. The position is tasked with designing and maintaining dashboards, developing performance metrics, and driving process improvements that support finance, risk, and product teams. It ensures high-quality reporting, compliance with data standards, and the delivery of insights that enable leadership to act effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to generate insights that guide finance teams and business decision-makers
- Maintain and/or develop finance data pipeline to support management, regulatory, and adhoc analytic capabilities within Finance
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and product stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable improvements.
- Support projects that enhance systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
- Contribute to the development of governance standards for data management and reporting for Finance
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations, and senior leadership team materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or another related field
- Postgraduate studies or professional certifications in data, analytics, or project management preferred
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement in both corporate and organizational settings
- Background in a multinational environment and exposure to fast-paced decision-making
- Experience in managing or coordinating teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement, event-related data tracking, and communications strategy.
- Business intelligence and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel)
- Data preparation and manipulation tools like Alteryx, SQL, or Power Query
- Strong data visualization techniques
- KPI and performance monitoring frameworks
- Project and process management approaches
- Stakeholder communication and presentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to design and deliver dashboards that highlight meaningful insights
- Skilled in process improvement and workflow design
- Effective communicator with the ability to present technical data in a clear, business-friendly manner
- Comfortable working with multiple priorities and shifting demands.
