About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Systems Analyst who combines strong accounting knowledge with analytical and problem-solving skills to drive system enhancements and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with Finance and IT teams to improve processes, implement solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance and accounting processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to develop and implement system enhancements.
• Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Conduct testing and support system implementation activities.
• Develop process documentation and user training materials.
• Ensure compliance with finance controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance Systems, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Advanced Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
