We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Support professional to assist with a range of financial duties. This role involves supporting the finance team by managing transactions, assisting with billing and reconciliations, and contributing to accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Support invoice preparation and follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Help reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
  • Assist in preparation of basic financial reports and summaries
  • Support the finance team with data entry and processing tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance support, bookkeeping, or accounting roles
  • Knowledge with Philippine based financial principles and procedures
  • Familiarity with PH government mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus

This role is subject to a number of skills and practical tests that might be done onsite.
