Role Description The Finance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bauan, responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations of the hotel. This role supervises the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, ensures accurate accounting records, and supports budgeting and forecasting activities. The Finance Supervisor monitors cash flows, coordinates with internal and external auditors, and enforces financial policies and controls to maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves guiding finance staff, improving financial processes, and providing management with timely reports and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate records.
• Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations to management.
• Experience in Auditing or working with auditors, with knowledge of internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory experience in hotel, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work on-site in Bauan with cross-functional teams.
