Hiring Company Overview:

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.
Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing, and general accounting processes.
- Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of tax compliance, BIR regulations, and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Proficient in SAP and financial master data management, including GL, vendors, customers, cost centers, and profit centers.
- Strong skills in cash flow, treasury, working capital, billing, and collection management.
- Ability to prepare and analyze management reports, P&L, financial ratios, and business performance reports.
Job Description:
The Finance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closing, tax compliance, budgeting, and cash flow management. This position will supervise and guide the Finance team in maintaining proper financial records, conducting account reconciliations, and preparing financial and management reports. The role will also work closely with different departments and external partners to monitor financial performance, strengthen internal controls, address financial concerns, and provide analysis and recommendations that support business objectives and sound financial decision-making.
Financial Reporting & Accounting:
- Oversee monthly financial closing, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and profit and loss (P&L) reporting.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory movements, and closing adjustments.
- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with PFRS and company policies.
Tax Management & Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of applicable taxes.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide the necessary financial documents and supporting schedules.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results.
- Prepare financial reports, financial ratios, and variance analyses to support management decision-making.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Supervise and guide the Finance team in daily operations and reporting activities.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and career development.
- Allocate tasks and resources, promote team engagement, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
