Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in General Trias for a Finance Supervisor. The Finance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This role includes supervising accounting functions, monitoring budgets, conducting audits, and providing financial guidance to strengthen business decisions. The Finance Supervisor will be a key contributor to the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience in Financial Statements, Finance, and Accounting
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Auditing practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Effective leadership and supervisory skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA is needed
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial software and tools is preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within finance
