The opportunity

As a CSLA Compliance and Operations Supervisor, you help ensure the association operates efficiently, responsibly, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will provide oversight to key operational processes, support risk management initiatives, lead and develop staff, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong governance and service standards.

Your key responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the association
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations
• Monitor compliance with SEC requirements
• Oversee AMLC/Anti-Money Laundering compliance
• Review operational and regulatory reports
• Manage and coach staff
• Coordinate audits and regulatory examinations
• Implement policies, controls, and risk management procedures
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and regulatory submissions

Skills and attributes for success

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Supervisory experience in banking, lending, cooperatives, thrift institutions, or financial services

Ideally, you'll also:

• Possess knowledge of BSP, SEC, AMLA regulations, KYC, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrate strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
