- Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor team members within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support strategic planning and financial strategy development.
Anforderungsprofil
Non-negotiables / Required
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/finance
- At least 3 audit cycles completed
- Experience working with external auditors
- Strong general accounting and GL knowledge
- Leadership experience (team supervision)
- Experience in product + service (SLA-based) business models
- Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Good-to-haves / Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies
- Background from Siemens or similar organisations
- SAP system experience
- CPA qualification (advantage but not required)
