Finance Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW

Kingsman AEA Corporation is looking for a highly organized and technically capable Finance Supervisor to support the Finance Controller in overseeing the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company.

This role is critical in ensuring timely financial reporting, accuracy of accounting records, process compliance, payroll preparation support, cash flow visibility, and operational efficiency across multiple branches and business units. The Finance Supervisor will help bridge operational accounting and management reporting by supervising accounting staff, reviewing outputs, resolving transactional issues, monitoring operational cash movement, supporting payroll preparation processes, and driving finance process improvements and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate must be hands-on, detail-oriented, capable of handling high-volume operations, and experienced in QuickBooks, reconciliations, payroll preparation support, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Accounting Operations & Supervision

• Supervise the daily accounting operations and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, supporting documents, and reports prepared by accounting associates.
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), liquidation monitoring, payroll preparation support, and branch financial submissions.
• Assist in validating payroll-related reports, schedules, and supporting documents prior to payroll processing.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

3. Reporting, Cash Flow & Financial Support

• Assist in preparing management reports, schedules, and financial analysis required by leadership.
• Monitor report submission timelines and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Support budget monitoring, operational finance reporting, payroll preparation coordination, and cash flow management activities.
• Monitor daily and weekly cash movement, branch collections, disbursements, and operational liquidity requirements.
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and identifying potential cash shortages or operational funding concerns.
• Help identify financial discrepancies, unusual variances, and operational risks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance operations
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Experience handling payroll preparation support, cash flow monitoring, and high-volume operational accounting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial reporting, AP/AR, accounting controls, and operational cash management
• Able to work in a fast-paced and highly operational environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
