Finance Supervisor / Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including collections and disbursements.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury position, and cash movements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data and transactions.
• Maintain and consolidate finance reports, dashboards, and key financial metrics for management.
• Prepare financial reports and basic financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with external CFO advisors and other finance teams on reporting and compliance matters.
• Support cost management and cost control initiatives.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of balance sheet accounts and other financial data.
• Lead, supervise, and develop 2 Finance Specialists.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and complete financial information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Experience in an audit firm is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and balance sheet management.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP/accounting systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
• Experience in real estate or property development is a plus.
