Finance Supervisor
We are looking for a highly experienced and committed Finance Supervisor to oversee our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing financial reporting, cash flow, payments, payroll, inventory, and compliance while supporting administrative and HR-related tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of accounting and finance experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and accounting operations.
- Knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Experience handling payroll, contractor payments, insurance, inventory, and import-related transactions.
- Proficient in XERO, SAP, QuickBooks (QB), and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage payroll, payments, inventory-related transactions, and contractor disbursements.
- Monitor internal controls and support audit requirements.
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist management with financial planning and decision-making.
- Provide support for administrative and HR-related functions as needed.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or willing to relocate.
