The Finance Superintendent role is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, overseeing transaction accuracy, processing accruals, and performing ad hoc financial tasks as needed. This role ensures accurate processing of invoices and supports overall financial operations. It also involves the analysis of a company's financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy. The role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial concepts to support financial planning and analysis activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports.
- Verify accuracy of revenue reports on a regular basis
- Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in vendor accounts and payments.
- Review financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Calculate and record accruals for expenses and revenues in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate accrual entries for month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 Years Experience
- Must have the following skills: accounting, financial modeling, data management, data collection, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of SAP software
- Has experience in analyzing financial data.
- Has the experience in creating, compiling, and submitting financial reports, preparing key metrics and projecting financial models to minimize financial risk.
