As a Finance Staff – Time Administrator, you are responsible for supporting the firm's timekeeping and payroll processes by ensuring accurate recording, validation, and reporting of employee time data. The role focuses on providing timely assistance to client-serving teams and employees nationwide on time reporting, overtime, and payroll-related concerns, while coordinating closely with Finance and Payroll teams. You also help ensure the proper processing of time transfers, access delegations, and related system requests, contributing to overall data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and validate overtime data for SGV & Co. employees and ensure timely submission to the Payroll Team to support accurate salary processing.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly internal reports to MBA, supporting the needs of the Client Serving Team (CST).
  • Process weekly time transfers and OPE (Operating Expense) transfers as required.
  • Support Time Reporting (TR) delegation requests and ensure proper access and assignment.
  • Assist with CRM-related concerns, including OP delegation, ensuring requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to employees nationwide on timekeeping concerns, ensuring proper and accurate charging of hours across different overtime types.
  • Support and assist RMA and EAs of the Client Serving Team (CST) in resolving time reporting (TR) concerns, ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests.
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to overtime, time entries, and payroll concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Preferably possesses 1 year of experience in a professional services environment in a financial or business capacity; management accounting experience is advantageous but not required. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply!
  • Preferably holds a degree in Business, Accounting, or other equivalent courses.
  • Exhibits intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Demonstrates fluent and effective communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrates high level of integrity, sound judgement, and discretion.
  • Shows strong capacity for rapid learning and knowledge sharing, with sound judgment and the ability to seek guidance when appropriate.
  • Displays strong listening, communication, and collaborative skills when working with individuals at all levels of the firm.
