Job Description
- Responsible for bank deposit confirmation, deposit checks of Member's (CA)
- in-charge of uploading of commission
- Fund transfer Check Printing _Commission
- Encoding of Fund transfer to general ledger
- Updating of Outstanding Check (Issued check for Expenses and Purchases)
- Downloading and emailing commission- UNION TRANSFER BINARY, UNILEVEL AND DIRECT Commission.
- Releasing checks and record suppliers checks.
- Processed other bills and payment.
- Check Direct selling commission of client from online orders thru company mystore.
- Other duties may be assigned by the department head.
- Graduate of any Business or Accounting related course
- At least 6 months related finance experience
- Keen to details, MS Office above skills and can interact with bank personnel.
