Specific position: Sr. Finance Manager

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• CPA - ACTIVE- REQUIRED
• Willing to work on a SHIFTINH
• ·Amenable to work 100% onsite in ANTIPOLO, RIZAL
• Graduate of · BS ACCOUNTANCY
• ·at least 10 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Controller, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and cross-border operations.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and multi-entity business structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
• Experience in BPO, IT-BPM, Shared Services, Technology, or Professional Services environments is highly preferred.
