The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for handling the document requirements of approved projects, collection facilities with service providers/banks. In addition, they are in-charge of the timely and accurate submission of assigned daily/monthly management reports. They will be in coordination with the internal teams involved to complete all the necessary files and extends other administrative support to Cash Operations team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor utilization of CAPX & OPEX within budget.
- Do research on potential service provider and makes an assessment prior onboarding.
- Conduct due diligence and makes a comparison with existing partners prior to availment of the collection facility/payment channel by conducting KYC, assessment on pricing comparison, coordination with other concerned teams for the process flow and system integration.
- Prepare the content and monitor the timely release of advisory for the dissemination of rolled-out projects.
- Prepare the daily/monthly reports prior to the scheduled date of submission.
- Coordinate with banks to update documentary and regulatory requirements with financial service providers, including MOA, NDA, AMLA, PCI-DSS, GIS, and audited financial statements, ensuring mutual compliance.
- Maintain and update users access/roles in bank's online banking system for collection facilities.
- Coordinate with TCOR team to recommend collecting bank accounts to be retained/closed.
- Maintain organized and complete maintenance of central files/records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four (4) year Bachelor's Degree related to Accounting, Banking, Finance, or any other related programs.
- With at least three (3) years related work experience and on financial reporting or actuarial. Experience in Data Analytics is an advantage.
- Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
- Well-developed IT skills (including word, databases, spreadsheets and presentation). SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Can manage various projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated self-starter, willing and able to act on own initiative, as well as work within a team.
- Amenable to work in Pasay City, Mondays-Fridays from 9 AM to 6 PM.
