Finance Specialist (Open to Fresh Graduates)

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Monitor daily financial operations and ensure timely processing of payments and collections
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial accounts
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations
• Prepare supporting documents for audits and tax filings
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial concerns and discrepancies
• Analyze financial data and generate reports for management review
• Maintain organized filing and documentation of accounting records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Strong academic background with consistent scholastic performance preferred
• Fresh graduates with good academic standing are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience using accounting systems or ERP platforms is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
