Finance Specialist

·      Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

·      Prepare and analyze monthly internal P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

·      Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the business. Coordinate and deliver monthly and quarterly financial outlooks and variance analysis.

·      Develop insightful management reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. Partner with accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close and reporting processes.

·      Commercial Finance Support:

·      Act as a finance business partner to Sales and Marketing teams, supporting on:

·      Trade promotions planning, evaluation, and ROI analysis.

·      New product launches: financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance tracking.

·      Customer and product-level profitability analysis.

·      Support pricing strategy and discounting decisions with data-driven insights.

·      Conduct pre- and post-promotion financial reviews to optimize future investments.

·      Assist in building business cases for marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives.

·      Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·      Work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing.

·      Support ad hoc strategic projects and financial modeling for business development opportunities.

·      Prepare materials and presentations for internal stakeholders, including Executive Leadership.
