Work Setup: 2 to 4 weeks of onsite onboarding, followed by a transition to work-from-home | Day Shift (HK Timezone)

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Specialist to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Xero, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily revenue and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts, including financial statements and reports.
- Support payment processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Accounting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software is a must.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A high degree of accountability, reliability, and initiative in completing tasks.
