Main Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Carry out billing collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- perform account reconciliations
- monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance; generate age analysis
- maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
- process credit card payments
- investigate and resolve customer queries
- develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
- communicate with customers via phone, email.
- assist with month-end closing
Requirements
Technical Competencies
- SAP FICO – Preferred
- Account Reconciliations
- MS Excel
- excellent communication skills
Qualifications/Education
- Graduate of Finance/ Accounting related course
- Experience in process transition/migration in an offshore environment an advantage
- With minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable in a BPO
- Must be of legal age
