Work Schedule: 5-day work week
The Finance Specialist for Planning and Analysis is responsible for financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support the company's financial decision-making process.
Other responsibilities include:
- Generates, evaluates, and presents financial reports to provide insights needed by stakeholders in making proactive decisions.
- Participates in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections to support business planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborates with other functions to evaluate financial opportunities, align assumptions, and assess potential returns or improvements affecting the goals of the business.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Finance and Banking related courses
- At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, planning and analysis
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license is a plus
- Communication and presentation skills to convey findings and analysis.
- Data analysis skills and proficiency in spreadsheets to work with large data sets.
- Knowledge in accounting standards and financial analysis techniques to handle forecasts and projections.
- Interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, build relationships, with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
