Finance Specialist

ACMobility is looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join our BYD branch team. This full-time role plays a vital part in ensuring the financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial reporting, accounting, and bookkeeping activities for the branch.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, including payables, receivables, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Collaborate with the central finance team to consolidate branch-level data and support group-wide reporting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to branch management to support informed decision-making.
• Mentor and oversee branch accounting staff to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is a skilled finance professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting financial data and providing actionable insights. They have a deep understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting requirements, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams are essential.
