About The Role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a motivated Finance Services Manager to manage treasury account onboarding processes and banking portal accesses.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensuring group treasury accounts are managed and maintained effectively
• Managing banking portal access so key stakeholders have the correct permissions to keep the business running smoothly
• Scaling operations by ensuring new entities are set up correctly and controlled from a group treasury and finance perspective
• Supporting Settlements, Trade, and Support teams where needed
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure business continuity
• Implementing new tools and processes to improve overall team performance
• Enhancing controls and documentation of current trading and funding processes
• Managing risk and control metrics, such as KRIs, KPIs, and SLAs
  
  

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in treasury, onboarding, or payments
• Experience in a reputable and high-growth bank or fintech
• Knowledge of various financial instruments
• Expertise in delivering change and continuous improvement
• A good understanding of key treasury or finance functions
• Experience in risk and control management
  
  

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, Excel and/or Python with impressive data analysis skills
• Solid relationship management, project management, and leadership skills
