For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, or management reporting.
  • Proven experience partnering with leadership teams to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Strong knowledge of general and financial accounting.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Oracle BI).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications.
  • Working knowledge of statistical techniques and supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with process improvement, Lean, and problem‑solving methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC).
  • Solid project management and stakeholder‑management experience.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead the preparation, validation, and delivery of complex financial and operational reports with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze gross and net inflation forecasts by integrating cost, pricing, productivity, volume, and supply chain drivers to support enterprise planning and sourcing decisions.
  • Perform scenario, sensitivity, and diagnostic analyses (including root cause and gap analysis) to assess financial risk and opportunity, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Category Management and Corporate Cost center leaders on forecasting, budgeting, spend tracking, and variance analysis for indirect materials and capital expenditures.
  • Prepare monthly YTD actual vs. budget reviews, full‑year forecasts, and cloud reconciliations to support compliant financial close processes.
  • Build and maintain financial models, templates, dashboards, and management‑ready insights using tools such as Power BI and Excel for executive and corporate reviews
  • Manage headcount forecasting across 3‑, 6‑, and 12‑month horizons, including annual and multi‑year growth and attrition assumptions.
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions by providing analytical input on capacity, headcount, and operational drivers.
  • Extract, cleanse, and manage large datasets while ensuring compliance with data standards, governance, and quality requirements.
  • Coach new hires, contribute to continuous improvement and cross‑functional initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to address data, reporting, and process needs.
