Job Description
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and trends.
- Prepare financial reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the sales department.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and efficiency.
- Work on ad-hoc projects to support the strategic goals of the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Controlling Assistant Manager should have:
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar sector.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
