This role is focused on the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and post-launch performance. You'll need to analyze the marketincluding what competitors are doing and what customers needto find new product ideas and improve existing ones.
Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with various teams like marketing, risk, and operations to create product strategies and ensure successful product launches. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating the necessary documentation, business cases, and plans to get a product from idea to reality.
- Identify and develop products: You will conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to find new opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing and improving existing products.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration: You will work with various teams, including marketing, risk, operations, and compliance, to develop product strategies and support go-to-market activities.
- Manage product documentation: You will prepare essential documents such as business cases, implementation plans, and other product-related materials.
- Monitor product performance: You will track the performance of products and use data and feedback to recommend and implement improvements.
