Our client is a preowned luxury fashion tech company, that enables brands and retailers to buy & sell used goods through innovation and technology. They have developed a unique Resale as a Service solution utilized by the world's largest retailers, and are also a global distributor (B2B player) of pre-owned luxury fashion for businesses. They currently have offices and warehouses in Portugal, Estonia, US, China, Japan, and the Philippines. About the Role

This is a high-leverage role critical to enabling ERP stabilization and broader Finance transformation. As the Finance Project Manager, you will drive structured execution across multiple parallel workstreams, ensuring Finance leadership can focus on strategic decision-making while you manage the disciplined tracking of actions and dependencies.

What you'll do

1. Program Management – ERP & Finance Transformation

  • Maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Track risks, issues, and actions using a structured RAID management system.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Finance, Tech, and Operations.
  • Support governance forums such as SteerCo and leadership reviews.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Execution Tracking

  • Drive follow-up on actions, owners, and timelines, typically managing 20–40 open actions per week.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Document decisions and maintain structured communication across stakeholders.

3. Finance Transformation Tracking & Governance

  • Maintain a centralized tracker across initiatives, including ERP, tax, process, and controls.
  • Standardize tracking, reporting, and execution cadence.
  • Provide visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.

4. Weekly Execution Cadence Support

  • Prepare weekly prioritization materials and pre-reads for the team.
  • Track progress across priorities categorized as P0, P1, or P2.
  • Highlight risks, delays, and resource constraints that act as blockers.

5. Leadership Support & Reporting

  • Support the preparation of materials for leadership forums.
  • Maintain action logs and decision trackers to ensure nothing is dropped.
  • Ensure follow-through on key decisions and strategic initiatives

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5–8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or Finance transformation and ERP delivery.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Direct exposure to ERP implementations such as D365, SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.
  • Core Competencies: Strong execution discipline, a proactive ownership mindset, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Communication & Organization: Highly structured thinking with a track record of clear, concise, and action-oriented communication.
  • Preferred Qualifications: PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification , and a background in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting—Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • International Exposure: Experience in multi-entity or international business environments and post-go-live ERP stabilization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership without direct authority.
