Manage and oversee the day-to-day revenue and finance functions, including order management and invoicing, with order management or revenue report maintenance
Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual order management or revenue reports - must be done on a timely manner
Conduct revenue and cost of sales analysis to provide recommendations to the management team
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the finance department
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Not required but good to have: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounts Officers/Finance industry
Proficient in revenue and cost of sales analysis
Proficient / Expert in Google Sheets and data processing
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software and Google workspace.
