Finance Operations Specialist

Position Overview:

The purpose of the Finance Operations Analyst role is to support the Finance Operations team that cover AP & AR practices.

The primary role focus will be on the AR workstream, especially on Debtor and Credit control activities, ensuring that customer reminders are being undertaken, and any queries are properly documented for escalation within business units. A high degree of collaboration will be required with a Credit Control Officer, who will be on the front-line contacting customers directly.

From time to time, the role will require to pivot across other Finance Operations tasks, as directed by the Finance Operations Lead; including AR billing and AP, to provide support during periods of absences, peak volumes.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-entity organisations desirable, but not essential.
• Previous (2-4 years) experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (Credit Control, Debtor Reporting, Initiate direct contact with customers where required to follow up, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Interested in pursuing further professional development.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and other MS tools.
• Exposure with NetSuite is a must.
• WFH set-up.
