The
Finance Operations Officer is responsible in maintaining accurate inventory and cost data across Cin7 Core, Shopify, and Xero.
- Set up and maintain products, variants, bundles, and SKUs, including pricing and cost details.
- Reconcile inventory between systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Investigate and process inventory discrepancies and adjustments in line with internal controls.
- Review unusual stock movements and take corrective action where required.
- Reconcile stocktake results and update system accordingly.
- Prepare regular inventory and finance reports for interna use.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from finance and operations teams.
- Prepare and maintain weekly payables summaries across all entities.
- Upload supplier, payroll, and statutory payments into banking platforms.
- Monitor upcoming payments and flag large or unusual transactions.
- Process payroll in line with documented procedures.
- Prepare and lodge USA Sales Tax, PAYG (AU & Global), and Superannuation via Xero.
- Support BAS and GST lodgements by preparing data and liaising with external accountants.
- Follow documented processes for Cin7, Xero, and Shopify integrations.
- Escalate recurring system, data, or process issues to the Finance Manager.
