Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global retail company in their search for a Finance and Operations Manager.

Salary Range: 50,000 to 85,000

Work Setup: Remote

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Location: Remote

The role

The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible to ensure accuracy, visibility, and efficiency in our financial and operational processes. This role combines accounting expertise, data analysis, and operational management to help drive clarity and informed decision-making across the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online records to ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely month-end closings.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Generate and analyze monthly financial reports covering revenue, margins, and profit across all sales channels.
  • Manage inventory accounting, including landed cost calculations, freight, and duty allocations.
  • Update and maintain the Pricing Master Sheet, covering MSRP, wholesale, and MAP pricing tiers.
  • Lead the budgeting process, cash flow forecasts, and a 12-month rolling financial projection.
  • Develop and automate dashboards integrating data from QuickBooks, Shopify, and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams on freight planning and inventory valuation.
  • Provide accurate financial documentation for grant applications and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or any related discliple.
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations (preferably in retail or e-commerce).
  • Strong command of QuickBooks Online, bank reconciliations, AR/AP management, and journal entry posting.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, and variance analysis).
  • Experience handling Shopify exports and financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of inventory accounting (FIFO, landed cost, freight allocation), COGS reconciliation, and pricing/margin analysis.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication and problem-solving.
