About the Role

In Print We Trust is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to own and manage the financial workflows that power our creator ecosystem. This role ensures creators are paid accurately and on time, oversees financial integrity across our content creator programme, and provides clear, proactive communication to the creators who rely on us. You will also support the business with cashflow modelling, invoice processing, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process creator payments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Investigate and reconcile payment discrepancies, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and update internal records.
  • Communicate proactively with creators regarding payment details, adjustments, timelines, and any issues requiring clarification.
  • Model short- and medium-term cashflows, enabling leadership to anticipate financial needs and maintain programme stability.
  • Review, validate, and settle invoices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and transparent financial processes.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail, with proven ability to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Excellent written communication and comfort liaising directly with creators or external partners.
  • Solid understanding of cashflow, reconciliations, and invoice management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple workflows, and drive tasks to completion.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial software, and operational tooling.
