Job Overview
The Finance Operations & Inventory Manager is responsible for managing inventory financial controls while ensuring operational excellence across warehouse and inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory accounting and warehouse inventory controls.
- Lead variance analysis and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Improve inventory processes and operational workflows.
- Monitor inventory KPIs, stock losses, and warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure accurate inventory reporting through SAP Business One.
- Support financial closing related to inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance departments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- 5+ years managerial experience in FMCG warehouse operations or production management.
- Experience in warehouse operations or 3PL inventory management companies.
- Strong inventory analysis and financial reporting background.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
