Job Overview
The Finance Operations Head will oversee finance operations, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple brands and business units. This role requires a finance leader with strong operational finance experience from FMCG, retail, or F&B organizations.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially driven, and experienced in supporting fast-paced, high-volume operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance operations including management accounting, financial planning, and reporting functions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Manage financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy of management reports.
- Lead finance support for retail, restaurant, and operational business units.
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to improve profitability and financial efficiency.
- Oversee and mentor Management Accountants assigned across brands.
- Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
- Analyze business performance trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Support leadership in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Ensure timely submission of financial analyses and executive reports.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Must be a CPA or CMA.
- At least 10 years of finance and accounting experience.

- Commercial Finance
- Background from FMCG, retail, QSR, or food service industries is highly preferred.
- Experience managing finance teams in multi-brand or large-scale environments.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
