Role Overview
The Finance Operations Director is responsible for leading overall finance operations, including financial planning, accounting oversight, cash flow management, governance, process optimization, and business support. The role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, financial discipline, and strategic business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations and financial management activities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital initiatives
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Drive operational efficiency and finance process transformation initiatives
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to support business objectives
- Lead risk management, governance, and internal control activities
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
- Oversee finance systems improvements and automation projects
- Develop and lead high-performing finance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field
- CPA preferred
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience
- Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer, or high-volume operational environments
- Strong leadership, financial management, and operational finance experience
- Experience in ERP systems, automation, and finance transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
