Finance Operations Analyst

Remote | Full-Time | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM EST

Monthly Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000

We are partnering with a growing organization that provides quality assurance and operational support services to manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers.

This is not a traditional FP&A or financial modeling role. This position sits between Finance, Operations, and the Customer, helping ensure work is billed correctly, customer questions are resolved, and the financial story matches what actually happened operationally.

What You'll Do

• Manage AR and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
• Prepare and review customer billing
• Audit job setups, rates, supporting documentation, and billing details
• Investigate customer disputes and determine what happened operationally
• Review labor, costs, productivity, and operational data to explain customer charges
• Work closely with operations teams to understand how jobs were performed
• Help ensure work meets customer, OEM, supplier, and quality requirements
• Gather facts from internal teams and communicate findings professionally to customers
• Maintain vendor documentation and supporting records
• Navigate multiple ERP, billing, and customer procurement systems
• Identify billing or operational discrepancies and help drive resolution

What We're Looking For

• AR and billing experience
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
• Experience handling billing questions or disputes
• Ability to understand operational workflows, not just financial reports
• Experience working across ERP, accounting, billing, or procurement systems
• Strong written English and professional communication skills
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with operations teams

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing or automotive experience
• Quality, industrial services, or supply-chain exposure
• SAP, Coupa, or similar system experience
• Power BI
• Bachelor's degree

Schedule Requirement

Candidates must be able to consistently work 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time.

The team supports U.S.-based operations and customers, so reliable overlap with Eastern Time business hours is required.
