JOB OVERVIEW
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and operations. The role is responsible in handling transactional workflows, supporting financial reporting and driving process improvements. It will involve checking and recording transactions, helping with reports, and making sure financial data is accurate and well-organized.
You'll also work closely with different departments to ensure smooth operations and help identify ways to make financial workflows more efficient. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Transaction Processing & Reconciliation
Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
Compliance and Internal Controls
Audit & Risk Management
Process Improvement and Automation

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
2 - 4 years experience in financial operations, accounting or analysis, preferably in the financial services industry (i.e. insurance, banking)
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, MS Dynamics); Familiarity with Philippine financial regulations and tax compliance.
Soft skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication and leadership skills
