Finance Operations Analyst (Senior/Supervisor)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cash positioning and funding across operating, trust and fund bank accounts, cash-to-system reconciliations.
• Calculate and reconcile commissions, analyze variances and disputes.
• Review invoices and billings, prepare audit schedules, and respond to queries.
• Identify control gaps, maintain documentation, identify improvements.
• Review the daily work of Finance Operations and provide coaching, and train new team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance any related course.
• With 3-5 years of experience in accounting specifically daily clearing, funding, reconciliation, and calculations preferably in financial services business or BPO/shared services environment.
• Must have experience in team leadership/supervisory/people management.
• With strong knowledge in journal entries and general ledger.
• With advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookup functions, Power Query, macros)
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
