Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Accurately record, organize, and maintain all financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including timely invoicing and collections.
  • Prepare and organize tax documentation to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Monitor company expenditures and alert management to significant variances.
  • Contribute to year-end closing activities and assist in financial audits.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as banks and auditors.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Head.
