Job Summary
The Finance Officer is responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, budget
monitoring, and financial analysis to support management decision-making and ensure the
company's financial stability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances against actual results.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and management analysis for decision-
making.
- Cash & Treasury Management
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and funding requirements.
- Coordinate bank transactions, payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely processing of disbursements and collections.
- Financial Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and approval limits.
- Support compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit findings.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate with Accounting, HR, Operations, and external partners.
- Provide financial data and analysis to management and department heads.
- Support special projects and financial studies as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related
field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in finance.
