Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Reporting
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts
- Maintain accurate records, postings, and account reconciliations
- Support budgeting, planning, variance analysis, and audits
Banking & Financing Operations
- Process loan documentation, credit evaluation, and loan monitoring
- Verify client creditworthiness and manage collections and repayments
- Coordinate with banks on fund transfers, loans, and reconciliations
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, AML/KYC, and internal controls
- Monitor regulatory updates and support risk mitigation initiatives
Treasury & Cash Management
- Monitor cash position, liquidity, and funding needs
- Manage payments, collections, bank reconciliations, and cash forecasts
Operational Support
- Provide financial analysis for business decisions and investments
- Support process improvements and coordinate with sales, credit, and operations
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 25 years experience in banking, financing, or lending institutions
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, credit, and banking operations
- Proficient in accounting systems, ERP, and MS Excel
- Familiar with AML/KYC and regulatory requirements
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
