Job Description

Loyalty Program Finance Officer

Responsibilities

  • Tracks, monitors and prepares reports on program financials and KPIs
  • Execute payments and settlement process
  • Develops program financial budget and forecasts
  • Evaluates partnerships business case and provides recommendations
  • Works with bank's central finance unit and ensures compliance with accounting standards
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive program performance
  • Evaluates internal management systems, procedures, and risks, and provides recommendations to management
  • Leads analytics and performance reporting projects

Requirements

  • A degree in accounting, finance or related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Knowledge and competency in accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and with high organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills
