Job responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the property's financial transactions and bookkeeping records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting management with financial information.
- Monitor billing and collections to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of BIR, SEC, and audit requirements.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial reporting requirements.
- Provide financial reports and assistance to management, the BOT, and the Finance Committee as needed.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in accounting/finance (also open to fresh grads)
- Preferably with experience in financial reporting and general accounting
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented
- Must be willing to work in on-site
