Finance Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

TREASURY

• Enroll bank accounts of new dealers in online banking
• Assist in the preparation of documents for submission to the bank
• Monitor requests for payment and include in the cash balance for budgeting, payment processing and scheduling
• Process the payment for reimbursements and suppliers
• Properly maintain check monitoring to ensure no duplicate payments are made
• Ensure funds are sufficient before releasing the checks to avoid bounced checks
• Update transactions on a daily basis for assigned bank accounts

FINANCE

• Prepare the documents for account opening, updating of records and enrollment of bank facilities
• Coordinate with bank contact persons for any bank related concerns
• Maintain good relationship with bank partners

ACCOUNTING

• Record transactions in SAP on a regular basis
• Reconcile Corporate Card for Admin
• Update Fixed Asset Lapsing Schedule on a monthly basis
• Ensure all Fixed Assets have proper tagging
• Conduct Fixed Asset Inventory count at least once a year

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management

Experience

• 2-3 years experience in the related field is highly preferreds
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proactive and responds quickly and effectively to time-sensitive matters
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Meticulous and keen to details
• Strong organization skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
