This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Makati. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support business decisions. The role includes monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial performance and key metrics, and preparing management reports that align with local and global standards. The Finance Manager will collaborate with operations, compliance, and senior leadership to optimize financial processes, support strategic initiatives, and maintain internal controls. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve coordinating audits, supporting regulatory and tax filings, and driving process improvements for efficiency and risk management.
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with experience in preparing management and financial reports.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance metrics interpretation to support data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, preferably in financial services or payments.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet and financial modeling tools, and familiarity with ERP or financial systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in finance management or senior financial roles, ideally within banking, remittance, or fintech sectors.
