Finance Manager

Position: Finance Controller

Location: Caloocan City

Salary Range: Php 80,000 - Php 95,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in collaboration with department heads
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting/finance team
• Support the CFO with financial insights for strategic planning and business decisions
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
