Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for the Philippines.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the Philippines.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial strategies to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and objectives.
- Lead the finance team in daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- 10 years of experience in finance management or related roles, preferably in the SEA region.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Expertise in financial reporting standards and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
