Responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis activities of an organization. The FP&A Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information, identify trends, and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, concepts, and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with financial software systems (e.g., ERP, financial planning tools).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial planning and analysis.
