Overview:
TRT is Global IT Service Company Delivery Enterprise IT Solutions in over 107 locations globally. Reporting to the TRT Financial Controller, The Finance Manager (FM) is based out of our Operational HQ in Clark Global City Philippines. The role is responsible in managing the three teams that make up the TRT Finance Department,
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Procurement to Pay (P2P)
- Record to Report (R2R)
The role covers the operational and reporting requirements TRT delivers through its 23 entities to our Technical Services and Business Development departments as well as reporting up to the TRT executive layers and Board of Directors.
Key Deliverables:
The Finance Manager is responsible for producing the following deliverables:
- Scheduling Workload for the TRT Finance Teams
- Managing the administrative reporting requirements of the team and the department KPIs
- Co-ordinating and running the Weekly Finance Meetings
- Communication with the other departments within the organization Communication with Executive Management
- Escalation points for issues/concerns within the Finance Department
- Thorough understanding of cost accounting concepts and ability to relate them to operations and the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Good understanding of other accounting systems and computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to plan schedules and apply systematic solutions to complex and diverse problems.
Required Skills/Capabilities:
- At least 5 years of corporate finance experience
- CPA / CMA / MBA Mandatory
- Must have proven track record in leading global finance team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
