Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for one of SM Retail's affiliate businesses, Crocs. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, ensuring tax compliance, providing financial insights to support business decisions, and serving as a key finance partner to management through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate accounting books and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing actionable insights to support business performance.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and decision-making.
• Act as the key liaison between management and finance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related Accounting course.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, accounting standards, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
